Mr. Levin-Epstein is the founder and managing partner of Levin-Epstein & Associates, P.C.
He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. His practice centers on contract disputes, unfair competition and restrictive covenants, bankruptcy disputes, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery. He has represented clients in adversary proceedings, state- and federal-law reclamation and recoupment matters, pre- and post-judgment enforcement, cross-border judgment enforcement, shareholder disputes, and litigation involving substantial claims.
Mr. Levin-Epstein has lectured before the Foreign and International Law Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association about enforcing foreign money judgments. His presentation addressed entry and service of a money judgment, locating a judgment debtor's assets, and enforcement against real and personal property under the applicable procedural and legal rules.
Before founding the firm, Mr. Levin-Epstein practiced in the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy groups of international and national law firms, representing clients in complex litigation and transactional matters. He also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan H.W. Shiff in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut, Bridgeport Division.
Mr. Levin-Epstein earned a B.S. in Foreign Service from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, where he received several merit-based scholarship awards. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
Mr. Mizrahi is an Associate at Levin-Epstein & Associates, P.C.
His practice focuses on hospitality law, employment litigation, judgment-enforcement litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and contract litigation. He has substantial experience with labor-law, breach-of-contract, bankruptcy, and intellectual-property claims, and frequently represents businesses and individuals in state and federal court.
As a multi-faceted litigator, Mr. Mizrahi regularly advises leaders in the food and hospitality industries on real estate, wage-and-hour, employment, and general business matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Mizrahi was an Associate at a boutique law firm concentrating on business law and commercial litigation. He previously served as In-House Counsel and Human Resources Manager for a wholesale baking company with operations in China, South Korea, and the United States.
Mr. Mizrahi earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from the University of Maryland. He is admitted to practice in New York and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
